One on One Personal Training
One on one personal training is a hour session developed for your individual goals and needs. If you are someone that needs or prefers specific individual exercise prescription created for you; then this is your option.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp classes combine weight loss, strength, cardio, and core workout all in one class. Boot Camp is a full body workout and there are many class times to choose from. Many different fitness levels and goals can workout together. Check out our schedule for class times.
CardioKick Class
Cardio, boxing, core workout all wrapped up into one class.
Grab your buddy this is partner training. Partner training is a great way to save money but still get more of a specialized program. Share a session with your friend, neighbor, or spouse.
Small Group Training
Small group training is 3 to 4 people in a session. If you have a small group of friends that run together or just hang out this would be a great choice for you.
