One on One Personal Training

One on one personal training is a hour session developed for your individual goals and needs. If you are someone that needs or prefers specific individual exercise prescription created for you; then this is your option.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp classes combine weight loss, strength, cardio, and core workout all in one class. Boot Camp is a full body workout and there are many class times to choose from.  Many different fitness levels and goals can workout together.  Check out our schedule for class times.

Grab your buddy this is partner training. Partner training is a great way to save money but still get more of a specialized program. Share a session with your friend, neighbor, or spouse.

 

Small Group Training
Small group training is 3 to 4 people in a session. If you have a small group of friends that run together or just hang out this would be a great choice for you.

YOGA

Phaedra Carlisle Young

Phaedra began her personal path to Yoga in 2007, following the birth of her fourth child. She spent a year training as a Yoga instructor at World Peace Yoga in Cincinnati, and is working to receive her 300 hour teaching certification. Phaedra believes yoga is truly for everyone.  She currently teaches Yin Yoga, Beginner Yoga, and offers private Yoga Sessions to suit individual client needs.

Brenda first discovered yoga when she was about 12 years old and has been practicing throughout her life.  It was not until 2012, however, that she learned that she wanted to teach, and she completed a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training recognized by the Yoga Alliance (at the 200-hour level) at World Peace Yoga, Cincinnati, Ohio.  Since that time, she has enjoyed teaching yoga to adults and children at various locations, including YOLO Fitness.  Brenda is certified to teach multiple styles of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
